Tattoo Appointment Policy
STUDIO
Clients are allowed 1 guest over the age of 18 years old. Guests are required to wait in the designated waiting area.

LATE POLICY
Appointments will be canceled and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment.
Anyone who is late 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and will be subject to our cancellation/no-show policy. No exceptions.
CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS
Appointments: Cancellations less than 48 hours is subject to a 50% service charge. No-shows and cancellation less than 24 hours are subject to a 100% service charge. Any appointment cancelled within one week of appointment date will not be able to transfer the deposit amount to a later date. Cancellations must be made via email to info@beautificstudios.com.
Failure to follow the pre-appointment care and notify the artist will result in an automatic appointment cancellation and subject to a service charge.

Training: Cancellations less than a week will result in a $250 cancellation charge. Cancellations less than a 48 hours will be a 50% charge. No-shows will result in a 100% service charge.
RESCHEDULING
To reschedule and transfer your deposit, please email us at beautificstudios@gmail.com 7 days before your appointment. Rescheduling may result in a price change depending on the current pricing for that time period. Rescheduling will result in a new price if there is a new price since the last appointment was made.
Deposits can only be transferred once. A second reschedule will require a new deposit.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Deposits for brow appointments may be transferred once if the notice is made 7 days before your appointment. The deposit amount will not be transferred if the notice is made less than 7 days. No exceptions.

Appointment Confirmations
Our studio will reach out to you via text 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your appointment. No response will be considered a cancellation/no-show.
TOUCH UPS
Touch up appointments are for existing clients ONLY. If you have previous work by another artist your first session will be considered a cover up/color correction.
Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Credit Card on File Policy
A credit or debit card is required to book an appointment. Card information is stored on file for cancellations and no-show fees.
We ask that clients notify us at least 24 hours before their appointment to avoid a no-show cancellation fee.

Training Policies & Terms
By enrolling in training at Beautific Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in any training program. This deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance.
All payments, including deposits and tuition balances, are final and non-refundable. Under no circumstances will refunds, chargebacks, or credits be issued.
Rescheduling & Transfers
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (email or text) no less than 10 days prior to the scheduled training date.
Deposits are transferable one time only to a future training date, provided proper notice is given. Failure to reschedule with adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposits may not be transferred to another person or applied to a different program, service, or product.
Attendance & Certification
Full attendance is required for all scheduled training days. Partial attendance or failure to complete the program in its entirety will result in forfeiture of certification.
Completion of the live model section is mandatory to receive a certificate. Students who do not complete this section will not be certified.
Certificates are issued solely at the discretion of Beautific Studios and are contingent on satisfactory participation, conduct, and completion of all required components.
Conduct & Classroom Expectations
Professional and respectful conduct is required at all times. Students who are disruptive, distracting, or interfere with the learning environment may be asked to leave at the instructor’s discretion. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued.
Recording, photography, or distribution of training materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Training materials are for personal educational use only and may not be duplicated, resold, or shared.
Results & Liability
Beautific Studios provides instruction, materials, and guidance, but makes no guarantees regarding individual results or outcomes. Success depends on the student’s commitment, focus, and ongoing practice.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that tattooing and related practices carry inherent risks. Beautific Studios, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, outcomes, or damages resulting from student practice during or after training.
Students are responsible for following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines taught during training.
General Terms
All training fees must be paid in full by the due date specified. Failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of enrollment.
Beautific Studios reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel training dates at its discretion. In such cases, deposits will be transferred to the next available training.
Enrollment is non-transferable. Spots cannot be sold, gifted, or reassigned to another individual.
